I'm Emily.
I am looking forward to sharing my experiences with you, whether they be international or right here in Oregon. I am a firm believer that when traveling you should stay and eat local. Too many people stay in their bubble of comfort by staying in resorts, chain hotels and cruise ships. To me, travel isn't about being able to hop on a plane every few months to explore a new corner of the world. Instead, it is about taking myself out of my normal routine, and coming away with learning something new. It is important to remind myself that I am a student and it is my hope to become both enlightened and humbled by my travels.
